The following are the Health Rebuilding Packages offered by Brian Duguay Wellness. Our approach follows the FDN framework, used by practitioners worldwide, with a personalized D.R.E.S.S. plan (Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress reduction, and Supplements) at the center. This is an opt-in self-care program. It works best when you commit to the whole plan, and we support you with coaching and accountability. All sessions are held remotely over Zoom.
*Men, please note: packages that include the DUTCH Hormone Panel add $70 for LabCorp sex hormone testing (DHEA, Testosterone, and SHbG).
