Brian Duguay Wellness collects email addresses to maintain a mailing list that keeps all who opt-in informed about updates, blog posts and offers/discounts. Phone numbers are stored and maintained in a Client Management Portal in order to conduct business. Personally identifiable information is not shared, sold, leased or traded to any 3rd parties other than our Vendor Partners which provide a necessary Service to clients.

Vendor Partners are Companies that provide a necessary service to clients. When you sign an agreement with Brian Duguay Wellness, your information will be shared with these companies to conduct business on your behalf. These companies maintain their own Privacy Policies and keep them posted on their websites. These companies include but are not limited to: Fullscript (Supplements), Biocanic (Client Portal), Evexia Diagnostics (Lab Orders), Oxford Biomedical, Fluids iQ, Theia Health (Continuous Glucose Monitors), FDN Medical Director Program (Lab Orders & Consults), Precision Analytical (DUTCH test), PayPal, Square, Stripe.

Health Coaches are not Licensed Practitioners and therefore are not bound to comply with HIPAA regulations. That said, Brian Duguay Wellness will make every effort to keep your personal health data private and secure.
